Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Fryzjer. Contact: ppowstanski+holistic@gmail.com.
2. What data we process and why
- Contact form — name, e-mail address and message content, in order to reply to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence).
- Newsletter — e-mail address, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message.
- Form anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) — technical data necessary to distinguish people from bots (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — protection of the website).
3. Statistics without cookies
This site uses privacy-friendly, first-party analytics: aggregated visit statistics without cookies and without storing anything in your browser (the only exception: remembering the language you explicitly pick with the switcher). Unique visitors are counted using an irreversible technical hash rotated weekly; your IP address never leaves the edge function on this site’s own domain and is not stored. No cross-site tracking, no profiling, no advertising identifiers.
4. Cookies
This site does not use tracking or marketing cookies — that is why you do not see a cookie banner here. Only strictly necessary technical mechanisms may be used (e.g. spam protection of the contact form).
5. Recipients of data
Your data may be processed on our behalf by providers of hosting and e-mail infrastructure and by the technical operator of this website (SoftConcept) — solely to keep the site running and deliver your messages to us. Infrastructure providers may process data outside the EEA based on EU standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Correspondence — for the time needed to handle the matter and until potential claims become time-barred. Newsletter — until you withdraw consent.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict processing and to object, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). To exercise your rights, write to the e-mail address above.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever the actual scope of processing on this site changes. The date above always reflects the current version.
